Between a little sabbatical and the requirements for upcoming shows, there's a lot of painting ahead this summer!

Guess what? We need art. Science is proving it.

I’ve started the final piece in my Bellingrath series. This one is a camellia triptych and, as usual, features the lovely bees of Bellingrath Gardens.

I felt some changes coming; I was processing. I figured it out, but I think it’s less about change and more about my own clarification.

I love how dandelions announce spring with their joyful yellow faces and promise the future with their happy puffball seed heads. No RoundUp please, just more dandelions!

Do you ever wonder why someone paints what they paint? There’s always a story, and the odder the subject matter, the more compelling the reason.

We held a good, old-fashioned raffle. Visitors at my booth had the opportunity to provide their name and email for a chance to win a Giclée reproduction.
