Racing to the finish line

If you enjoy art that soothes and inspires, floral pieces are a good choice. There are several paintings planned based on photos captured at Bellingrath Gardens in early March, and at least one, Exotic Tulips with Bellingrath VIP, will be featured at Magic City Art Connection. The image below is the start of the next in the series, to be named The Camellia Branch with Bellingrath VIP. Look for updates as it develops.

Is there a chance I’ll finish this new flower painting in time for MCAC? Yes. Is there a chance I won’t? Definitely. There’s still so much to do for the festival that doesn’t involve a paintbrush, but I intend to give it my best effort.
